Your first consultation is a discovery conversation, not a sales pitch. We want to understand what you are trying to build, where, on what timeline, and at what investment level. For most clients this conversation takes 45 to 90 minutes and can happen in person at our Plano office, on your homesite, or virtually.

You do not need to bring a complete brief, but a sense of your target investment range, the community or area you are considering, any plans or inspiration images, and a list of must-haves make the conversation more productive. Many of our best projects started with a phone call and a question.
